Aqua Aerobics this Sunday at Porto Antigo 2

A fun way to stay in shape in the fantastic surroundings of Porto Antigo 2, in the resort’s pool right in front of the beach.

Aqua Aerobics is a great way to burn calories, build strength and increase flexibility, and the buoyancy offered by the water causes less strain on joints an muscles. Suitable for men and women of all ages and all levels of fitness, the exercise takes place in waist to chest-deep water, so being able to swim is not essential and it’s a great way to get into to the water.
